At Bite, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all products that don't meet your expectations. If your shade isn't a perfect match or a formula isn't quite right, we are here to make it easy to find your new favorite.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
